BJJ Training for Beginners

IMG_0539.JPG

In BJJ beginners training, throws, locks, chokes and ground fighting positions as well as defense are trained. The aim of the various techniques is to put the opponent in a disadvantageous position and then immobilize him and/or force him to give up. The training is very varied and, in addition to technical training, also includes exercises that improve strength, coordination and endurance.

Our supervised introductory phase and a special beginners course give you the perfect start into the world of BJJ. Regardless of whether you already have experience in other martial arts or are wearing a Gi for the first time, our experienced trainers are at your side and support you on your individual learning path. We attach great importance to a friendly and respectful atmosphere in which everyone feels comfortable and safe.

During the introductory phase, you will learn the basic techniques, terms and principles of BJJ. Our trainers will carefully introduce you to the various movements and help you to perform them correctly. In addition to the technical training, you will also complete exercises aimed at improving your strength, coordination and endurance so that you can continue to develop.

After completing the supervised introductory phase, you will have the opportunity to develop further in our regular training groups and work on more advanced techniques. Our community of BJJ enthusiasts looks forward to welcoming you and growing with you. Whether you want to practice BJJ as a competitive sport or just as a hobby, with us you will find the support and training you need to achieve your goals.
